Spring Seminar
ECIHCA will hold their 44th annual Spring Seminar on TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY, MARCH 24-25, 2026 at the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel at U.S. 36 West and Wyckles Road in Decatur, Illinois. Many topics of interest will be presented to keep us informed of what is happening in the world of Township/Road District Highway Commissioners.
The fee to attend the seminar is $80.00 if you are a dues paid member. If you would like to bring a guest such as another employee, board member etc. there is a $80.00 registration fee for them. Pre-registration is $25.00 cheaper than registering at the door, so save your money and make our job easier in predicting the number of meals to guarantee by pre registering. There is a $50.00 meal fee for spouses or children. The seminar registration fee for non-paid members is $150.00 so save yourself $10.00 and become a member by paying the $60.00 annual dues fee.
Please use the registration form to pay your dues and register for the seminar. You can also email your completed registration form to Alice Reed at reedracing@hotmail.com and mail a check to the address on the form. Be sure to make your own hotel reservations at the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel by calling 217-422-8800 and get group rates by mentioning ECIHCA. Please plan to attend; this is a great opportunity to visit with other highway commissioners!!
