Join GATI (General Assistance Training Institute) and ITAGAC (Illinois Township Association of General
Assistance Caseworkers) for an education session to kick off the November Annual conference. This year’s
education topics will be about programs that are important in the General Assistance Office such as TANF,
Social Security, and other Government Assistance programs. Knowledge about other state and federal
benefits is an integral part of GA caseload management.
