Served as a Township trustee for 4 years. Resident of Jackson Township for 9 years. Married to wife, Becky for 14 years and has one 5 year old daughter, Maggie. Graduate of Providence Catholic High School and Illinois Valley Community College; Electrician with IBEW Local 176 for 15 years. Former Manhattan Park Board and Manhattan Park District Foundation Board Member, Member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Manhattan and Jackson Township Sportsman's Club

Life long resident of Jackson Township. Married to Danielle and has four kids Matthew, Casie, Brayden and Brody. Matthew is part of a working family farm in Elwood.  He has worked for the Jackson Highway Department part-time for over 20 years.

   Norm Fanning, Trustee     

Is a 52-year resident of Jackson Township; served as Trustee for 25 years; recently celebrated 30 years on the Jackson Township Fire Protection Dist. Board; retired from Caterpillar Tractor after 30 years of service; member of IAM Local Lodge #851; elder at Elwood Community Church.


      Michele Hallihan, Trustee

Is a 22 year resident of Jackson Township. Married to Shad and mother to Ben and Grace Hallihan. Graduate of Governors State and Olivet University. Former Manhattan-Elwood Public Library Trustee. Teacher and librarian for Manhattan School District #114 since 1997. Member of the AFT Local #604.


    Jake Fanning, Trustee

Resident of Jackson Township for 25 years.  Married to wife, Jen. Graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago in Electrical engineering.  Former Elwood Planning and Zoning Commissioner.


    Coley O’Connell, Trustee

Jackson Township resident for 40 years; married to wife, Sarah, has 1 daughter; graduate of Joliet Junior College and Illinois State University; currently in 19th year of teaching at Lincoln-Way High School District #210 as a teacher of at-risk students.

She earned her CIAO in 2019 from the Illinois Property Assessment Institute. Delilah is a life long Jackson Township resident and currently resides with her husband and 5 kids. She also volunteers with the Manhattan Girl Scouts and provides Notary services to the public.
