The Buffalo Prairie – Drury Multi Township Assessor is responsible for establishing values on all parcels of property within the township.

Fairly and equitably assessing real property within the township helps to ensure that the property tax burden is fairly distributed among taxpayers.

The assessor does not levy taxes;

The values determined by the assessor are used by the other government entities to levy their taxes against.
