Due to covid-19 the Community Room is not available for rent at this time. We will re-open as soon as it is safe to do so.
The Danvers Township Community Room Rental Fees
non-profit organizations are free
Danvers and Danvers Township residents $40.00 (per day)
Non-Residents $200.00 (per day)
If you are not sure if you reside within the Township, a Township map is available to view under the Road and Bridge District tab of this website.
A refundable security deposit of $40.00 for local and $200.00 for non local renters is required in a separate check. Both checks payable to Danvers Township. (Will be shredded upon final inspection of the building.)

Security deposit checks will be held until final inspection at which point if all is good the check will be shredded. You will not be contacted unless the deposit needs to be forfeited.
We have tables and chairs to seat up to 170 (tables are 60 inch round) and 4- 8' banquet tables. A full kitchen is for use as well.
