Just a reminder to all – Building Permits are required for all improvements, farms are not exempt from building permits only "final inspections" from the county. All improvements are reviewed by the Dunham Township Assessor's office and may be assessed.

Dunham Township's Assessor's Office, John H, Field Agent, will continue to review all parcels and making adjustments as needed. These adjustments will include but not be exclusive to updating photos, drawings, measurements of any buildings on said parcels. The office is updating the computer and paper records to provide more accurate assessed values for current market value.
The assessor's responsibility is to:
