The Nelson Hagnauer Township Hall is available for rental for large events and meetings. Occupancy of the main hall cannot exceed a maximum of 400 people at any time. Generally, the hall is used for wedding receptions, weddings and baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, senior citizen meetings, bingo and special events. The hall is also used by community organizations.
Office B of the Township Building is also available for smaller events/meetings. The small office cannot exceed 35 people at anytime.
Any group organization, business or individual charging entry to their event will be required to show proof of liability insurance with the Township listed as an additional insurer on the policy. The amount must be $1 million. Call the office if you have any questions.

A completed application with applicable charges paid in full and security damage deposit must be paid in full to be included for approval.
Hall hours available for rental:
Township Resident: $75 per hour with $100 deposit
Non-Resident: $125 per hour with $200 deposit
Township Resident: $50 per hour with $100 deposit
Non-Resident: $75 per hour with $200 deposit
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
With Credit cards there is a 3.5% fee added to the total amount charged.
