To contact any Trustee Please do one (1) of the following:

1. Send an email to  admin@choutwp.com and the board member will be notified

2. Call township offices (618) 931-0360 and leave a message for them; it will be relayed to them

3. Come to a meeting (dates below) and talk directly to them

Board Meetings - 2nd & 4th Monday of Every Month 

(with a few exceptions)

Start Time is 6 pm

Come out and get involved in your township

Need something put on the agenda; Call Clerk's Office 931-0360 at least 3 days prior to meeting date

Once on the agenda; This will give you the allotted time of 5 minutes to speak
