Clerk
The Clerk is the official custodian of all records, books, papers of the Township, and must duly file all certificates or oaths and other papers as required by law. The Clerk is also the ex officio clerk for the Road Commissioner. The Clerk takes the minutes for the meetings. The Clerk is one of the three elected officials that make up the Township Board of Health. The Clerk is the local election authority and is responsible for accepting petitions concerning local elections and/or referendums.
