Thanksgiving Recipient Application

Palatine Township is busy preparing for its annual Thanksgiving Basket Program. We provide under-resourced families with a basket filled with ingredients to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner donated by generous members of our community.  If you would like to enroll in this program, please submit this application online no later than October 28, 2022.

To participate you must:

• Be a Palatine Township resident
• Provide the required documents

Once you apply you will be notified by email if we need any more information.  Please check your email including your spam and/or junk folders.

Your basket will be distributed at Palatine Township on November 19, 2022, no exceptions will be made.
