Angel Tree Recipient Application

Palatine Township is busy preparing for its annual Angel Tree Program, which provides under-resourced families with Christmas gifts for their children, donated by generous members of our community. If you would like your child to be enrolled in this program, please fill out the application form below and return it by October 20, 2023. This program provides presents for children up to age 18.

To participate you must:

Be a Palatine Township resident
Provide the required documents

Once you apply you will be notified by email if we need any more information. Once your are approved you will be emailed a link to complete your wish list. Please check your email including your span and/or junk folders.

Pick up for Angel Tree will be December 5 and 6, 2023.

I am aware that participating in other organizations’ Christmas Programs, i.e. Angel Tree, is strictly prohibited. Agencies will cross reference lists, and if I am enrolled in more than one program I will be removed from the Palatine Township Programs for one year. I hereby authorize Palatine Township to use my photo in Township materials including newsletter, website and to release my name to volunteers/churches, and other organizations.
