Adopt-A-Family Donor

This Holiday Season you have an opportunity to help a local family!

The Adopt-A-Family Program provides new clothing, toys, and gifts.

Program guidelines:

Complete this Donor Sign-Up Form by November 1, 2023.
We will email you information about your adopted family.
In addition to the wrapped gifts for children, we are asking donors to provide gift card for the parent/guardians. This helps them to purchase much needed items.
Customary spend amount is $50-$75 on each family member.
Gift drop off is at Palatine Township on Thursday, Dec 7 and Friday, Dec 8 from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
