Members
Registrations received on or before October 27, 2017:
  • Full Registration - $165 per person
  • Monday Only - $110 per person (cannot attend Sun. or Tues.)
  • Tuesday Only - $95 per person (cannot attend Sun. or Mon.)
On-Site Registrations (Online applications not accepted after October 27):
  • Full Registration - $195 per person
  • Monday Only - $135 per person (cannot attend Sun. or Tues.)
  • Tuesday Only - $120 per person (cannot attend Sun. or Mon.)

** Single-day registration includes admittance to non-ticketed activities occurring on that day ONLY. Registration information may be picked up only on the day for which you have registered.**

  • $240 per person
On-Site Registrations (Online applications not accepted after October 27):
  • $290 per person
Guest Badge - Does not include admission to sessions.

  • Full Conference - $80 Includes: Sunday Exhibit Hall & ALPM Reception, Monday Exhibit Hall breakfast & lunch, and Tuesday lunch
  • Monday Only - $36 Includes: Monday breakfast & lunch
  • Tuesday Only - $25 Includes Tuesday Lunch

On-Site Registrations (Online applications not accepted after October 27):

  • Full Meal - $90 Includes: Sunday Exhibit Hall & ALPM Reception, Monday Exhibit Hall breakfast & lunch, and Tuesday lunch
  • Monday Only - $45 Includes Monday breakfast & lunch
  • Tuesday Only - $30 Includes Tuesday Lunch
Special Events Registration Fees
  • Tickets must be ordered on or before October 27, 2017. Special event tickets will not be sold on-site.
  • Awards Breakfast ticket - $25 per person
  • Banquet ticket - $55 per person
Single-day registration includes admittance to non-ticketed activities occurring on that day ONLY. Monday only registrations MAY NOT attend Sunday or Tuesday events, and Tuesday only registrations MAY NOT attend Sunday or Monday events. Registration information may only be picked up on the day for which you have registered.

Cancellation Policy & Ticket Order Information

Cancellations received by October 13, 2017 will receive full refund.

Cancellations received from October 14 to October 27, 2017 will receive a refund less a $20 administrative fee.

NO REFUNDS on cancellations received after October 27, 2017.

Registrations are transferable.

Advance orders and pre-payment for all Award Breakfast and Banquet tickets MUST BE RECEIVED by October 27, 2017 in order to meet facility guarantee requirements.

Housing

Hotel reservations will only be made through the Housing Bureau and only those individuals registered for the Conference by October 12, 2017 will be assigned hotel reservations. Hotel reservations may be made online by clicking Housing Reservation. To print a housing form to mail in click Housing Form or check the Township Perspective magazine. Reservations must be received by October 12, 2017 and guaranteed with a credit card. Hotel assignment confirmations WILL NOT be emailed until the week of October 23, 2017. Read all of the Hotel Reservation Procedures in the Township Perspective or on the TOI website to make certain you comply with all requirements.
