TOI Associate Director/Education Coordinator Jerry B. Crabtree (left) received the 2008 Illinois Society of Association Executives Rising Star Award Jan. 24 at the Hilton Springfield. ISAE presents the honor each year at its Annual Convention & Trade Show.
